Come forage ingredients, make soup and dumplings with our findings, then eat!
This workshop is a fun and easy day to meet a few like-minded folx and learn about common weeds (and a few perennial vegetables) you can easily forage. We’ll forage, harvest, clean, and prep the vegetables (weeds) together as a group, and we’ll make soup and Asian-style steamed dumplings from scratch.
